Good morning gorgeous! Have a tough week ahead? Start your day with this incredibly easy, delicious, and low calorie boost!
Celery and Apple Revitalizer
4 oz celery, chopped
1 apple, peeled, cored, diced
2.5 cups of milk
Pinch of sugar
Strips of celery garnish

1. Place the celery, apple, and milk in a blender and process until thoroughly combined.
2. Stir in the sugar and some salt. Pour into chilled glasses, decorate with celery strips, and serve.

Celery is rich in Vitamin A and beta-carotene, which have anti-oxidant, cancer protective, and immune-boosting functions. Apples, well…an apple a day is proving to actually help keep that doctor away full of healthy antioxidants, fiber, vitamins and minerals. Mix-it all together and you will fall in love with this tasty and refreshing treat!
Tip: Make sure to really let it mix. The first time I made it, it came-out a tad too frothy. Good luck!
